Having watched this TUCA thing and read what's been said about it, one thing seems to have been over looked with this as apposed to just the matchbox, will this not help you find the centre of the cue ball better? The matchbox will get you cueing straight but doesn't let you see what hitting the centre of the white looks like to your eyes, with the cue ball printed on the card and the hole bang in the middle when you get down and cue up to the centre of the hole this will give you an accurate picture of what it looks like when hitting centre white. I think this is quite a good plus that hasn't been mentioned as I know a lot of people who think they are cueing dead centre but are a bit off.
