            as far as i know , they do'nt accept deposit so u have to pay first whatever the cue costs . He had about 8 wks waiting time ( which was longer than expected )
            As for plyblty . never triad it myself but he said , u can comperd them to Niche cues .
            I have'nt seen him for a yr , but i can try contact him to ask sum more info , if u want. !!

                Come clean about post now,I bought one of these cues and probably the worst finish of any cue I've bought,the price wernt bad,and now I've refinished the cue it's ok.

                      Just had a few more frames with it,got a mike wooldridge soft tip on to try both,after tip settled down started to play well enuf for me,quite a powerful cue, on stiff side about 9 out 10.

                        Pretty expensive from my query. .440 dollars for a plain ebony cue. Says ultimate shaft..
