  • inconsistency long ball with video

I am frustrated, I trained on average 2 hours a day, and I do not feel better
I do not know if my point of view is correct
    difficulties with straight balls
I do not hit long balls.
of 10 blue balls hit 5 and those that go wrong go well!
here I am at a small table, but in the club game in a larger.
I do not know if I should move my elbow to the right or leave it natural?
when I use the long backswing, the pulse deforms,
    will be a problem?
    Please help me
    Thank you very much.

Balls straight, when wrong, go to the right side!

You dont need to hit hit ball so hard ! Slow down delivery ! Start slow and accelerate though the ball ! Try to get a sort of lazy flow when hitting the cue ball not a sudden explosion. Watch Mark Williams !

Virtually NO pre-shot routine! Far far too fast and hitting the cue-ball too hard. You need to look at some of the you-tubes on the Forum which give good advice. Suggest Barton Snooker who is a Forum member.

            Hi there.

The good news is, it is actually not too bad at all. You have a good setup once you are down on the shot, and everything looks nicely in-line.

As others have said above, you need to slow down a bit.

Stand behind the shot, you know you're playing a little stun shot. So then get down, take some time to feather up on the shot, making sure you are comfortable with where you are hitting on the cue-ball, and also where you are hitting on the object ball.

It's all about consistency and control in snooker. Just slow down a touch. Be more sure that you are aiming correctly and hitting the white correctly.

Don't turn yourself into a robot, you're a natural player, but just give yourself that extra time to prepare and get comfortable on the shot.

I have a tip that may help ! i have a little mantra that I say in my head in order to accelerate through the cue ball its STRAW ---- BERRY If you say this to yourself in a sort relaxed drawn out way as you start the cues forward motion eg S*T*R *A*W ---- BERRY. I am sure tedisbil BARTON SNOOKER will know what I AM TRYING TO SAY ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN ON PAPER.

you are cueing down on the shot and in the second video your balance looks iffy - one gentle shove and you'd be everywhere, maybe stabby and inconsistent approach to the shot but without seeing full length table shots without pace, hard to say more

also, why wear a great big watch on the hand you are using as your line of sight, there is no positive aspect that wearing a watch can give to any player in a game
