    Hi about a year ago I bought a new cue and its stored in a secure case at all times when not in use i care for it immensely cleaned every week ect and a bout a week ago i noticed a hairline crack at the 3/4 joint and the wood on the shaft was above the joint slightly I didn't think much of it and wa

    Wood can crack. It has been known to happen. Just speak to the cuemaker. He can sort you out

    As said just something that can happen with wood as it moves slightly depending on temperature, etc.
