Last match went to the final frame for £30k, so should be good ( although it drops out from time to time )

It's a nice place, although easy to miss, as it's off the main road.

I'm home as she who must be obeyed is feeling under the weather, so

I've shared a few bottles of wine with her. . The sacrifices we make eh ?

You had a bash with a JO break cue yet mate?

Some good finishes being pulled out here by both guys.

He just potted his last yellow onto a red over the bag and it wasn't a foul. What happened there?

can't really tell as I get really bad display, freezing, pixelation, jumping back forward it is hard to clearly follow

Blackball rules mate. You can pot any ball as long as you hit one of your own first, AND you pot one of your group of balls in the same shot. .

Cheers, I don't play much pool. Is blackball rules also called world rules? I've played a few games and was under the impression you can never pot an opponents ball.

black ball is not world rules

in WR you can only pot an opponent's colour when you have a free ball

Yes, it was a combination (skill) shot, as both balls went it's not a foul.

I play WR league, some of my team mates also play another league which is BB and it has some rules that I like.
Like combination shot allowed and deliberate foul is loss of frame.

as the stream was crapping out all the time it was difficult to tell what happened

well, you can, but usually only as a tactical decision.

I was about to start talking about the other differences, and virtues of both, but that would take a lot of thread ping pong across rule sets. . .

We only play old rules and WR here. I have never heard of BB rules. Is that the norm for money matches?
