  • Tiger kills Lion

A Bengal tiger has killed a lion at Ankara Zoo after finding a gap in the fence separating their cages, say zoo officials in the Turkish capital.

The tiger severed the lion's jugular vein in a single stroke with its paw, leaving the animal dying in a pool of blood, officials said.

They denied local media reports that the tiger had broken down the fence during the incident last September.

The zoo says it is safe for visitors, despite the incident.

Six tigers and two lions remain at the zoo

What if the tiger is the hardest, psychotic Tiger that ever lived and the Lion is a 6 stone cowardly weakling? Does this still prove that Tigers are harder? Or what if the Tiger is an 18 year old pumped full of natural hormones and the Lion is the equivalent of 85 years old? It's a one-off and proves nothing and I have to stick up for the king of the jungle - I hate people lion like that.
I often use large words I don't really understand in an attempt to appear more photosynthesis.

Bee's on their own are like tits on a bull. They can only sting once and then they die so unless the bees outnumbered the crocs like 100 to 1 then crocs win but a SWARM of KILLER bees win vs 1 Croc

I thought the hardest creature was Chuck Norris
If, by some incredible space-time paradox, Chuck Norris would ever fight himself, he'd win. Period
Edit: Chuck Norris CAN talk about Fight Club, Chuck Norris doesn't wear a watch....he decides what time it is !

Never heard of a honey badger before, I was assuming it was actually a honey beaver which is a completely different creature and unlikely to be found on youtube.

                          Feisty buggers aren't they!

i remember from some source said, that tiger is stonger than lion, if they fight 1 on 1, tiger wins, however tigers are no match with lions in a group fight, since that is how lion hunt and tigers live on their own.

Once saw a fight between a barbery lion and tiger in a circus ring. Must have went on for 10 minutes, felt like that anyway.
End result was they got split up some how and there was no winner, just went backwards and forwards.
                              Will try to find it.
