adr, I was referring to the message in the music as much as the band ... which I think is what arbitrage meant ... perhaps try this one (not depeche mode) ...

      • I own 3 antique watches that cost me nowt. I inherited them all from family. I have an Omega Seamaster (1952 approx) and 2 Longines...can't remember models as they have been locked away for years but one is gold and the other is steel. I've never bothered getting them valued as they will belong to my son very soon. My omega is my favourite. It just looks the part.
You may defeat me but I will fight you to the very end!!!!

        • If you're into watches ( or even just into watching people who are true craftsmen ), I recommend
youtubing Roger W Smith, who was George Daniels apprentice. He makes every component in his watches,
down to hand engraving the chapters, hardening & tempering the hands, rose engine turning the face, etc etc.

Simply stunning amount of work & skill involved. .

Here's a wee taster ( putting basket weave finish onto center of dial ).

            • Watching ( pardon the pun ) the 10 clips of the hands being finished just now. Wow.

No wonder there's only 10 watches per year made . .

                • I don't like being late so I have never owned a watch -

If I was going to get one it would be this one.

BTW, if you get the one in the plans made, it'll be tooooo big for your wrist. IMHO
