I just heard about this. A genuine shocker. A great comic actor. I've watched him since the Mork and Mindy days. A sad day.

His verse was extrovert, satirical, sometimes poignant yet often inspiring

Title of the thread should maybe be changed from "Robbie" to "Robin" I though it was the singer!

in the squeaky voice of a little boy "f*** it"
I frequently watch Robin at the Met concert, one of the best ever standup solo evenings ever caught in film
I also have watched him since Work and Mindy and yes had a crush on Pam
                          very sad news indeed
one of our kids favourite films is Mrs Doubtfire and of course the fabulous voice-over on Aladdin (1).

His performance in The Fisher King was one of the finest pieces of acting I have ever seen, a truly talented man and a very funny one at that.

" And I could have told you Vincent, that this world was never meant for one as beautiful as you "
