      Congrats. Kids are great.

The second child is easier in that you know what you're doing this time around. On the other hand. You can't sneak off for a sleep whilst your child is sleeping if you have two of them.

      Good luck.

Cheers everyone . Dad ok now

Mum and Baby doing really well .

Only issue , moved into a new house on Monday and the Boiler is deader than a Dodo !

The woman selling claims that it was ok when moved out on Wednesday . Had a Corgi registered plumber round who has written a report to say that it hasn't been working for at least 6 weeks .She knew my Mrs was pregnant as well .

So somehow have to get a new Boiler fitted by Friday in time for the Mrs and son coming out of Hospital ........got a quote of £2350 !!!!

Reckon that he put the price up, as he knew that we are desperate .

Estate Agent has advised that i sue the Seller .......more money , more expensive
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Congrats on the new addition to the family Neil. Sorry to hear about the boiler.
The bitter taste of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Yep. I would. Contact your solicitor who is dealing with the sale and instruct them to tell the seller about this issue and that you want compensation. If they don't then small claims.

                  Contact your citizens advice.
