Yes i can also remember 1999 and that was something really special fair play! the Sun was very very bright this morning but wasnt anything to shout about.

it was a great morning, we had a spot just on the outcrop and when the guy down the hill asked everyone to cheers for a photo - fantastic.
we were on the side looking down to the shop (looking South-ish), we did walk round the other side after and saw loads more people

I recall the last one (1999?) when some friends and I went down to Devon and caught the total sitting on Hay Tor with thousands of people looking down across the countryside, now that was brilliant
