Have to wait to actually read them at the moment as i need multifocal glasses and my appointment with eye doctor is in September still

Yes, read Second Wind and Running

Second Wind was an entertaining, easy and enjoyable read for me, couldn't put it down. Running I found much harder to stay interested but that could reflect the subject.

Afraid not, it's on audible and not sure how to extract the file. If you haven't already though, you can get a free trial on Audible which gives you a free book. You still have access to the book when you cancel the membership too.
