Yup, while i'm sure a lot of work went into it, its just totally over the top, almost like a challenge to have as many random secondary brown wood based splices as possible.

surprised Trev didn't outright refuse to make it

It's unique i suppose, but not really in a good way. Its like the cue equivalent of throwing **** at a wall and seeing what bits stick.

                  • A friend of mine builds custom exhausts. he gets some outrageous requests that he just outright refuses to make and put his name to. I would've had this down as the cue-making equivalent.

All the "Ye Olde Ash" cues were solid oak, obviously, the clue's in the name

They're over £250 new, so seems a decent price.

Guy has an ash one too.

I tried to ask if he would do an out of eBay deal but he refused. Said he had his knuckles wrapped last week doing off eBay deals. I don't know what that means though.

This maple ultimate looks nice too but pricey. Noticed he's selling with extensions but the cue has no s.d joint to accept lol

I'm selling the cues on eBay. I sold a cue last week and was trying for a deal outside to avoid fees. eBay messaged me saying they would be watching my account. That's why I said no to you.
