  • Surprised to see at least half a dozen of these old wood joint joint Peradon cues appearing on Ebay last few days. Maybe someone has told people vintage cues sell for lots of money on ebay maybe. Amazing to see many remaining intact, as a lot split like mine did!

Does look a bit iffy, letters look too chunky as you said.

          • Lol! Sold by honest John the ex car dealer! He even uses the phrase "first to see will buy" !!

And eBay member since 2016 who has never sold anything else and has zero feedback in all that time. I could imagine that account closing as soon as the payment clears.

            • maker name - not seen this font before, even on his very old badges
model name - spacing wrong, font very close to original

              anyone asked John?

              • so wrong font wrong spacing wrong and placement of badge. what are the chances of a Parris extension even fitting the butt joint?

                  LOL, at least they tried.

it appears to be this design of master cue with a swapped out badge, ironically enough for me at least this cue shows up in the "also viewed" list under this listing

                    • He's adamant it's a Parris cue lol, I also pointed out his advert makes no sense, ie 3/4 cue and a centre split?? Different veneers mentioned etc, maybe just got wrong pics on? Lol

Ebay quick to act on the report as always. . £272 paid and seemingly the buyer never thought it was suspect.

yeah - he has told me it is a parris cue - oh well it must be then - just has the wrong joint the wrong butt shape and the wrong thickness of splices but still a Parris.....

These must be parris cues that were rebadged to devalue them then!
