Haha the tip never actually touched the wall (you can see in the shadows). I live in university halls and my room had peeling paint etc when I moved in so I doubt a couple of chalk marks would matter.

The room pretty bad, but for the price I cant complain as it allows me to spend more money on my passion - snooker.

I tried to be fair with the price, putting it up for a lot less than I paid but I want a relatively quick sale.
