  • Moori Cue Tips

I might get one of these:
    http://www.billiardsboutique.com/ind...T&productid=67

£12.50 does seem like quite a lot, but it says they are 'regarded as the best cue tips on the market today.'

Has anybody tried these? Are they any good?

theyre good, but not worth that sort of money.

£5 at most id say is decent.

and no tip is the best IMHO, its what you like best thats the best for you.

What would you advise Semih? What tip do you use?

depends what for, and what suits me, doesnt suit everyone

depends on whether its for snooker, 9 ball, or 8 ball, or billiards.

a break cue for pool also

also depends on tip size as a very small tip, with a layered hard tip isnt easy for some folk to put on correctly.

        so, it depends.

(ive used lots of different kinds, on various types of cues)

they are good but need to be knocked in during fitting because they compress a lot - the moori 3 slow is the one to try but the hercules h2 is very similar and a fraction of the price.

I wish I could get them in for £5 Semih but that is less than cost!

They take a bit of cutting down for use on a snooker cue as they are either 13 or 14mm. The biggest seller is the medium but they normally go to American Pool players rather than snooker.
