Just had an evening with a blue diamond plus...

After the last three Elks I stuck on being no good I figured I'd fork out for some mooris which I knew I liked. Then I spotted on Mr Ramsey's ebay page the blue diamond plus. Ordered 3 and thought it couldn't hurt to try.

I am very impressed with them. Although it is the first one I have played with I can't comment on the consistency.

I find the MW pressed tips a touch too firm since I switched back to elks. I think these Blue diamond plus' could be the happy medium.

                    Try them!

Nice aren't they, more like the BDs of old I'm told. Not too much unintended throw on em, and firm enough. Decent amount of spin too, and they chalk nicely. Good in the balls, and delicate shots are easier than when using a laminate. Crikey, I'm ready to rip off me Talisman and put me old BD+ back on! lol

Seems few people had tried Deroo' Easy tip. My only experience is a bit difficult to control cue ball for positional shot but good for power shot with lots of spin.

Have tried Talisman S, elk, blue diamond and MW super tip, LP tip. Out of which Talisman has quite a good balance in different aspects.

                            1. Mastercue Black Magic
                            2. Mastercue Blue (best value)
                            3. Supertip
mind control > body control > cue control > ball control

Haven really had the chance to try alot of tips but currently I'm on Kamui beige M. Wanna give Kamui Black MH a try to see how it feels since alot of people actually is recommending it.
