  • Mystery cue does anybody recognize this?

A friend of mine was showing me this cue and asking me if I knew anything about it.
It's a bit of a mystery to me I've not seen anything quite like this and the badge is unknown to me.
It looks quite old and it's possibly a 8

I remember these, the Brand was called Dark Horse cues and were made in China and sold on eBay shop around 2010 ish, the seller allegedly lived in Canada but that was thought to be a ruse to try and add quality to the product ( canadian cues around this time were decent quality)

So basically they were thought of as a decent playing , cheap cue, were you got case and extns for around 100 GBP. They were very comparable to Jian Ying cues, as they play quite well but some (maybe all) had painted on splice fingers even though the butt veneers were real.

    Cheers.
