High end make cue wanted!

Looking for a cue from a high end maker must be 17.5oz or under other specs length and tip size can vary.

Is it me or is the cue making business slowing down . By that I mean high end cues . You don't seem to see many on ebay about from the usual JP Ultimates . I searched the other day and there were only 2 Trevor Whites on ebay .
