Today I had an enquiry as to what type of board game this was

    please click on link http://gclbilliards.com/indian-carom-game-an-enquiry/

please take a look and if you know anything about the game please pass the info on so I can inform the owners what it is , I think it is a ball version of Indian Carom

I am familiar with Carom/Carrom as we have always had a couple of boards in the family and I have many fond memories of playing. We played by flicking the striker rather than using a mace and we used talcum powder to keep the pieces gliding smoothly. The table you have the query on is a new one to me, I have never seen one. How well is it made? Could it be that somebody created this from a slightly larger table themselves?

this is what I am thinking , someone has made a ball version of the flick puck game either from a 6ft wood bed cut down , or they have custom ordered it or someone at the table manufacturer did it as a one off , because I have not seen another one .
