  • Normal to very slightly adjust the bridge hand?

Is it normal/ok for those good players to very slightly adjust the bridge hand while feathering?
I do my pre-shot routine: visual the line of aim—>walk in—>bend down (at the same time try to put my grip hand and bridge hand on top of the line of aim)—> first feather (to check the cue stroke align with line of aim, if it’s not then the bridge hand will do a very slightly adjustment) —> second feather to check again).
I would like to confirm is it normal to other players or professionals? As I watch many of professional snooker players do this while they feather (you can see their fingers tapping on the table cloth). Are they also fine tuning their cueing line?

I get up and start again if I don't think I'm on line. If I adjust when down on the shot I'm more likely to miss, so not for me.
