Fat chance. The last time Hearn said "we need to take care of Jimmy", like he was some kind of war veteran or something, so you can fully expect him to stay.

I’d stomach another two year card as long as he was also given invites to the 3 ‘ majors ‘ in perpetuity , the worlds , uk and masters , each at the expense of the 16th ranked player , just as long as the inevitable ‘ but he was always a bit overrated and overhyped ‘ slowly seeps in , oh and also the name ‘ wiggy ‘ and ‘ but i’m playing well in practice ‘ in the most caricatured eastenders accent ever becomes a staple diet around all the venues everywhere , let the fun begin !!

Whoa. That's very bad news. A lot of strong chinese players not playing. Especially missing Zhou Yuelong, Xiao Guodong and Zhao Xintong.

white should pack up imo , let some other young guy get a chance of a wild card .JImmys been great ,but his time has gone ,he has a record of 6 world final defeats ,a record that will never be matched or Broken .Jimmy can make a good living playing exerbitions .Does get a bit sad hearing him say he’s hitting the ball really well in practice ,he’s been peddling that lines out for 15 years .

Snooker should be a meritocracy, if your not good enough, someone who is better than you takes your place.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Obviously Hearn thinks differently than most here.

Couple of potential good scraps to get to Crucible. Brecel v Wenbo. McManus v Carter. Bring it on!
