  • International Championship Qualifiers Sept 22 - 25 2014

Some good snooker coming soon and
it will be interesting to see if there will
be top players knocked out as in the
    Shanghai Masters.

    From WorldSnooker:

Ronnie O'Sullivan, Mark Selby, Neil Robertson and Judd Trump are among those competing in the International Championship qualifier next week.

The qualifying round at the Barnsley Metrodome in Yorkshire runs from Monday to Thursday (September 22-25) with 128 players all needing to win one match to reach the final stages in Chengdu, China.

I see Alex Pagulayan has Matt Selt first match, good luck to him, would be good if he got through to play in China. Would that be for his first time?

Alex could use a win to build his confidence however
I hope he has a coach and is practising a lot as he
seems to have a ways to go in his snooker game to
be more competitive. I am not sure if he has played
in China yet but good luck to him for sure.

Ding was defeated by Wang Zepeng 6 - 5.
Ding was not sharp and his young opponent
looks to be someone who will be tough to beat.

World Snooker is dark too as the lighting
              isnt very bright.
Its nice to see Robertson playing well and
hopefully he has a terrific season ahead.

Yeah just one more needed now for Robbo at 5 - 2.

The lighting is a bit dull isn't it, and the audio is VERY quiet. I was copying a DVD while watching on the same laptop, with the audio plugged into my HiFi amp, when the little 'Disc finished' noise came it nearly blew my speakers! Made me jump out of my skin.

Alex not giving it to robbo just yet, poor safety on the yellow from Niel and it's 5 - 3 now...

And the 45 year old 83 ranked Borg takes it to 5 - 4. C'mon lads, lets have the decider!

Ask and ye shall receive. If only that were true.
Decider it is and what an entertaining match this has been, which ever way it goes.

Class break from Robbo to take it in the end, gutsy stuff from Borg though, good match.

It was a good break by Robertson but Borg
certainly found his game after a slow start.
It could have gone either way for sure.

Good match this Selby v Oli Lines. Oli was 4-0 down and he's winning 5-4 now.
