does anyone think we are going to have a new Ranking Event winner only two players left have won full Ranking Events MJW and Ricky Walden would be amazing if one of the youngsters White or Un Nooh won it White has a real chance I feel he has enough ability to do it.

or maybe one of the older players Perry and Davis would be a fairytale

Thepchaiya Un Nooh is in the balls as I speak and hes scored heavy this week

great play from both but our lad showed loads of bottle to nick it, the other fella will have to wait for un-nooh day

Tough loss for Un-Noon after having a 3-0 lead.
Walden can get in a groove tho and be tough to beat.
It should be a good final.

Walden's miss on his first shot has left White with
a simple red amongst the balls. What a poor choice
to allow your opponent to start off and build confidence.
White is now 1-0.

White is playing great and Walden struggles.
White 4-0 best of 9.

White played great and is a deserving winner 5-0.
Walden just wasnt in the game.

what a fortnight he has had with the Shoot Out and now his first Ranking title
he may get a call from his bank asking questions about the huge injection of money to his account

also this prize jumps him near the top 16 for his highest ranking place

Interesting comment from White on World Snooker.

"Mark Williams had a chat with me around a month ago and told me what he was doing when he was my age. I realised I had been putting the work in, but not enough. I started doing an extra couple of hours a day and having more discipline away from snooker. He has won everything and I knew he wanted to point me in the right direction. He asked me for a photo after the final - he probably wanted a picture with the champion because that's the closest he was going to get to the trophy!"
