Some here hope will be Selby....that will be a sad day. But to hammer Ronnie many people are praising Selby for some abilities that most of the players posses. In fact he plays the game in an honest way. No fireworks...the right shot all the time. I personally dont want to see that all the time. Even from time to time is a little too much imo.
Lets hope this lad keeps playing for another few years. So we can expect the unexpected in the game.

That's always the case individually biggie, but in UK society as a whole it started with Thatcher cosying up to Reagan, hopefully Corbyn can take us back to a more caring society, the signs are there and my fingers are crossed.

Putin is re-arming due to Russia's once Warsaw Pact allies now joining NATO, once again the military industrial complex providing a threat that they can make billions of dollars from.

The war in Syria is also a part of that, a gas pipeline in the offing from Kuwait to Turkey that needs to go through Syria, hence a revolution with the Russians supporting Assad (who's blocking it), and the west supporting the rebels, which included ISIS in the beginning, to undermine the gas exports from Russia, a proxy war in the middle east, who'd have thought it in these days of internet enlightenment.

I'm not a Corbyn fan, just an old fashioned socialist who has seen the rise of the super rich to the detriment of everyone else, along with the rise of Chris Evans, Chris Moyles, Michael McIntyre, James Corden and the governing bodies of our national sports who have stolen them from us and sold them to the highest bidders.
