Random mid-sesh thought.... Is anyone else getting fed up with Peter Ebdon evangelising about the Vegan thing? I don't think a day has passed where I haven't heard him mention it either in conversation, commentary or in some of the pre-recorded stuff. It's almost as if he gets paid every time he mentions it or something! I mean Robbo is a Vegan but you never hear him go on about it in the same way.

    Am I being too harsh?

But wouldn't World Snooker officials/referees check to make sure that the pockets are official template size? Or Have they opened them up to make it easier for big breaks?

They do appear generous. If it wasn't for the big bounces and a few kicks in the opening couple of days I think there could be a record number of century breaks this year.

Not big enough for him though Andy !

Thought he would have given Williams a real run for his money .

as mentioned not HD, but to em that is not an issue
but I did notice on the webpage I found those numbers, a note that BBC does have a few other channels allotted for other Red Button channels and these are HD. But they seem to only use these for the big events like Olympics - i.e. where there is BBC budget to cover the costs of using them

Also it means you can easily quickly jump from one table to the other (i.e. 102, 980, 102 using the blue button - annoys-the-buggery out of the wife )
not sure if the other systems have this channel somewhere, anyone?

    found this:
    Freeview - 601
    YouView - 601
    Sky - 980
    Freesat - 981
    Virgin Media - 991
