And so today's papers are full of the Ronnie O'Sulkiman show yet again.Obviously he was jealous of the amount of media attention Steve Davis was getting & decided to throw another of his childish strops.Just go away you pathetic little moron.

Selby through to play Sam Baird on Friday afternoon then. Nice mini-comeback from Rob but a bit too late really. Mind you, that last black of Selby's struggled in didn't it. I enjoyed Marks reaction after it dropped though.

Holty still keeping the pressure up on Robbo as well, really good morning's snooker this.

The BBC is no longer the home of the WC, it's barely even a place to pitch a tent, lucky to have one table on the red button, whilst Eurosport have devoted both channels, invested in the new studio format and fill the gaps with the Ronnie show so your always guaranteed a snooker fix, plus you can record it, rewind it etc, which you can't do on the red button!
Neither is the red button in HD....

Seems like Robertson has checked in now. Two centuries in a row. In total 3 in 6 frames between the two players!

Really surprised of the development of that morning session. Selby struggles a lot, hopefully he will come through.
Can't see the other match. Is Michael Holt playing so strong? Is Robertson playing poor? Both together?

Not that Holt can't beat Robertson, but with Robbo 0:3 down I was a bit surprised. Now it seems to be more of a equal match.

It doesn't matter about the brown. Selby flukes brown. Selby misses blue. It doesn't matter about the blue.

Yeah, I sort of realised that as you told us five seconds ago that "it doesn't matter about the brown". Like you do virtually every frame.

For 90%, I would think there have been many matches, especially finals between two top players. 93% might be different, particularly for a first round match.

For a first round match to have both players above 93%, that is rare, quite possibly unique.

Can't be many matches at all with both players above 93%, 93% will be enough to win you the match 93% of the time.

BBC Red Button is Sky channel 980, record, rewind, etc. all available
Also it means you can easily quickly jump from one table to the other (i.e. 102, 980, 102 using the blue button - annoys-the-buggery out of the wife )
not sure if the other systems have this channel somewhere, anyone?

    found this:
    Freeview - 601
    YouView - 601
    Sky - 980
    Freesat - 981
    Virgin Media - 991
