So two of the best players of the season meet. I would have loved Ding to be in the final so he could draw more confidence before the World Championship, but I like Marco as well and he played pretty good again. I'm definitely rooting for him against Judd, though Trump is due for another title.

Also I finally got to see that clearance from Ding in the fourth frame. Fantastic stuff.

Thanks, chaps. It was a slight over-reaction, but I do get disproportionately disappointed when my favourite players lose. Good job I'm not a player myself cos my temperament would give Maguire a run for his money.

That was a very fast session of snooker, wasn't it? :smile:

It has kind of been the pattern in finals this season that one player takes an early lead, then the other player does really well to limit the damage at the end of the first session and goes on to dominate in the evening. I wonder if we might see Trump take control of the match this evening... :smile:
