Unfortunately another tournament, where players like Mark Selby, Ding Junhui, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Barry Hawkins and Marco Fu won't play. Also Neil Robertson withdrew.

Well played Anthony, nice pot/snooker to clinch it.

Bit of a shocker on the other table, Vahedi beating Gould 4 - 1.

Good result, he played really well; Gould did not look at all well.

Ah, right. Didn't see any of it myself, too busy watching the Sheriff.

Yeah bit scrappy, but a win's a win.

Strong result for Jackson Page, beating Thepchaiya Un-Nooh 4-0 and also big upsets by Ken Doherty (4-2 over Ali Carter) as well as Soleil Vahadi (4-1 over Martin Gould).

Ricky Walden finally wins a match again - 4-2 against Jimmy White.

So also Kyren Wilson fell in the qualifiers with a 2-4 to Boonyarit Keattikun. This means that only four of the worlds actual Top 16 players will compete at the Indian Open - and this is if Shaun Murphy wins his qualifier.
