Jimmy's always rated Maflin, no real surprise when a player like him has a run in a match.

I feel Robbo will come out strong now after the break. Should be good.

Maflin is leading 2-0. I hope Neil catches up.

But I wouldn't rule out a surprise finalist with this format.
Beginning to look like it now ....

    Top players definitely tapering

Robbo might try to win only because he hasn't won much recently

Shootout will be fun as it's a totally different vibe

Certainly easier on the eye than Paul Collier's miserable trap!

If you think the big region BBC coverage of the snooker is lacking, spare a thought for the Welsh. It's just as though BBC Wales can't be arsed. They're showing the same Rugby match on both BBC2 W and BBC RD. No snooker until 9pm.

Yeah, we've just had a studio segment with Goldstein, O'Sullivan and White, and they couldn't even coordinate about which mispronunciation of "Xintong" they were going to use. Goldstein and O'Sullivan went with "Zintong", whereas White preferred "Yintong".
The rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain.
