Did you know that nobody has ever become #WorldSnooker champion who didn’t have a name ending in S, N, O, K, E or R? Will @judd147t become the first? #NeedToGetOutMore
Curious stat. Is it valid in any time or just Crucible Era?
Been thinking through the champions and I think he may be right for all time not just Crucible years.
Now he does say "a name" so end of first and or last name
    Up the TSF! :snooker:

Well spotted DeanH. It would have been a cool stat if it was correct

            • I think that strategy of Trump is attacking all kind of ball, even very risky. The question is that if they arrived to a tight end, maybe will not be so excellent as now in potting them

Ronnie's cueball control is superior IMO. Some great shots from Judd, but often needed because he loses position. And that's OK, if he keeps potting them.

                The slow and labourious,

                  I agree.

Ronnie is the best break builder, but Trump is better potting. If we measure everything offensively, Ronnie is above

Trump is probably a better long potter, but not so much in among the balls.

                      Yeah, Ronnie's touch is, exquisite.

                        • It's amazing how often top professionals get unwanted double kisses. Are they really that difficult to spot and avoid?

                          • By the way, just a couple of things:

-Trump won 1st round in the Decider. Just remember it

-Higgins had talked about that should be a more break between sessions in the final, and now it arrives a collapse to him in 2nd session, like if was caused about he said

I think you may have just answered your own question.

Higgins has got to stay within distance and get the next two to make tomorrow less of an up hill climb
