Yeah, i'm watching that match for pretty much the reason you gave I think Mark'll put up a bit more of a fight than he usually does against Ricky, but I hope Ricky wins in the end:snooker:

I'm watching both. You maybe right, spike, this can be a very close match.

He was pretty good. Not brilliant, but better than in Shanghai. Probably the best of all players so far, apart from maybe Williams.

By that I don't mean just lack of respect for Jamie.
I mean when he isn't pressured into playing his best he won't.
It's why he misses distainfully easy shots yet makes the incredible ones.
Then he starts feeling distain for himself... and then who knows!
It is most unlikely you would ever see O'Sullivan playing Higgins like this.

yeh, that was a little too obvious...(though my dictionary has it as disdain, not distain). i even caught myself cheering for burnett a little

so then still... can he really play much better when he meets higgins?

15 - 1 (unless it was fixed - only kidding!)

Should be a strong QF line up as the unseeded players who got throught have been drawn against the seeds, but of course there will probably be one or two more shocks in store.

A few interesting clashes, such as Williams Hendry, Allen - Cope. Robertson - Doherty (again after Shanghai)
Yes, some good matches in prospect to look forward to without any doubt.

    hello everyone

I see they've done the draw! What are the chance of a Higgins-O'Sullivan eh? The match I'm most looking forward to is Cope vs Allen it should be really close (if Mark doesn't play like he did in the first round that is) but overall I'd like to see Mark go through

Not too keen on Peter Ebdon - Mark davis though I'd like to see Mark win that one for the purley selfish reason of my snookermanager team
