Agreed Spike but it's unlikely as Steve is in the same section of the draw as Nigel Bond. Shame he didnt get an automatic invite into the main draw ahead of Karl Townsend. Likely qualifiers IMO are Bond, Dave Harold, Stefan Mazrocis and, in the most open section of the draw containing a load of golden oldies, Les Dodd.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching this on the TV last year. I do think it could be improved as best of 3 frames is not long for a World Championship final. Toying with whether to actually go to Portsmouth but it might be too expensive for me.
