very soft tip = Pool Baron Soft which are very soft indeed, I liked it for UK pool but it did not last a year. Got it from ADR.
May try a Pool Baron Medium, which someone sent me sometime ago, next.
Currently have a standard Elkmaster , untreated, un-compressed and it is very nice and softish, and great grip.
