  • Riser for glasses

    Can anyone tell me if they still manufacture risers for glasses that go on the bridge of your nose or attache to glasses to raise them....regards.

    Yes, it's called a Spoony and you can buy one online from the makers in germany.

                the problem is that although the spoony pushes the glasses up to the right height it leaves you with the wrong angle, better to buy some snooker glasses.

                  Andrew does have a point. When your standing upright/ not on the shot the bottom half of your field of vision isn't covered by your lenses. So your a bit Mr Magoo! Can be disorientating at first. Mind you I don't think I'd fancy a pair of Dennis Taylor. Though they do the job the best I would imagine.
