Assuming that all balls have been potted and in the correct sequence I should have added.

Still absolutely none, opponent snookered then misses until he needs snookers, concedes, frame won

Remember I said all balls have to be potted ie, no concession allowed

Two balls! (on the basis that multiple fouls aren't made until the non-offender simply needs to pot only the black).

The answer is none potted but not for the reasons given. Assuming every time say player A pots a red he fouls and therefore gives 4 points away to player B. So player B is now on 60pts. Player A then pots the remaining colours scoring 27 points, so player B didn't actually have to pot a ball to win.

It's also the same answer for the minimum amount of shots a player simply has to play to win a frame with all balls potted and in the correct sequence

For the winning player to play the shots it would be 2. pots all 15 reds on the first shot misses the colour - the other guy pots up to the black and misses so black is potted with his second shot.

                        That's three shots ADR.

                            My version of two shots:

Player A pockets all 15 reds but goes in off. Player B asks A to play again from position left and he pots yellow, green, brown and blue, before missing the pink thus making the scores A 14 B 4. B then pots pink and black to win the frame. Score A14 B17.

Are we looking for the least amount of shots by both players now?
