  • scrappiest snooker frame

What's the scrappiest frame you've seen in a professional snooker match?
Lots of missed pots, low breaks etc.

Frame 35 of 1985 World final.

Exciting and dramatic, yes. But the quality by then was rock bottom.
    Richie

Class 3 referee, very average player

Fergal o'brian vs Dave Gilbert deciding frame in the WC qualifiers a few years back sure was long and scrappy. They spent about 45 minutes tippy-tapping the balls around achieving nothing and the rest of the frame was little better. I think the frame took about 2 hours.

If you like torture, it was live streamed by world snooker, so should be on Youtube. Search for judgement day final session.

I remember judd Trump and Liang Wenbo some years ago in the last 32 of the UK championship 2015. So many chances missed, but with the two involved players it was a quite fast frame.
