Live Scoring with API access?

I tried to post this the other day in the Snooker Betting forum, but it disappeared (I may have somehow not posted, but if for any reason it broke any forum rules, could one of the mods DM me...not sure why it would), so here goes again:

Does anyone know of any sites that offer Live Scoring (for snooker) via an API?

Also, is there an equivalent of Cue Tracker that offers API access (i.e. a snooker stats database you can analyse)?

For the avoidance of doubt, this is just for me, not for a commercial app or anything like that.
