            • Ok, how about this one?

What do these 7 players (and no one else) have in common?

Peter Ebdon, Stephen Hendry, John Higgins, Alan McManus, Ronnie O'Sullivan, John Parrott and Matthew Stevens.

Nope, it's not limited to a certain time period. These players are the only ones to achieve this feat in the history of the game.

                    • Does it have something to do with their first year as a pro players?

                      Reaching a ranking final, perhaps?

Modified: Reaching it in their first two years? Or reaching top 16 in the first two years? BTW, how many guesses per poster are allowed?

Robbo's potting is so good he doesn't need to bother with positional play like the rest of the players. He laughs in the face of those who spend hours on the practice table perfecting their cue ball control! ~ Forman

Nope, Stevens hasn't done either for example. And even if it were true, other players would be on the list as well.

But it is true that some of the players achieved this fairly early in their careers, but not all.

is it to do with century breaks, as in 4 centurys in 5 frames?

Nope, you'd at least have to put Murphy in the group as well then.

Does it help if I tell you that Ebdon and McManus are the only two players to achieve the feat twice?
