    Is there not a mistake in that statement?

    He did not have an acceptable excuse for three of them but did not have an excuse for the other eight.

    I'm guessing one of those not's shouldn't be there!

      Yes, it reads terribly. What I get from it is that he could not give an adequate excuse for all 11 events...How can they make a few sentences sound so belly up.

        what i get from it is world snooker are trying to get him done a second time for when he has already been fined, and to impose contract contents on non contracted at te time events
