Classic Snooker YT-channel terminated

As some of you maybe have seen already, Youtube has terminated my Classic Snooker channel. This is i big shame, i think i had some pretty good classic vids there, especially from Alex Higgins and Ray Reardon. I am trying to fix this situation with Youtube, but my hopes are not too high. I understand why they did this, after all, i really don't own the footage of those vids. And i must admit, that lately i got even lazier and the quality of my vids dropped pretty much.

But if they have been taken off by YT surely it's down to copyright, therefore your new channel will prob suffer the same consequences

I had to remove some music videos I posted last week due to copyright claims even though my channel isn't monetized for advertising, don't believe in it. The Hendrix estate is the worst offender, how much money do these people need to make off the back of their deceased step relative. Music performances need to be seen and they've made their money by releasing everything in the vaults that he ever put to tape anyway and would probably make even more if the youth of today had access to those fabulous vintage performances, they're fed rap and hip hop crap on the radio playlists and don't know what they've missed.

As for your classic snooker footage, if the copyright owners aren't releasing it and you don't monetize your channel they have nothing to complain about. Money changes everything as Morrissey once said.
