I think I remember that Mark Allen one at the World Championships. I know I watched one, and the commentators were saying that a 146 is a lot rarer than a 147. As most players who are on for a top break tend to go for it, especially when they've got the frame won.

It's not often that a player is on for a 147, loses position on one and goes for a pink. More often than not they'll go for a difficult black, even if it's close to impossible, to keep the maximum going.

O'sullivan is the only player on the list who had ever confirmed opponent's 146.

What does 'confirmed' mean in this context?

Nice list by the way. I love this interesting factoids. I remember when Dott made his 146 at the WC, I was think Allen would be really annoyed with him. First knocks him out of the tournament after leading him by a fair distance, then splitting the high break prize with him.

The list needs updating, Ding Junhui got a 146 in the QF match of the European Tour 3 (Bluebell Wood Open) last August.

the website has this result but the pasted text above does not.

I can't see that 146 break anywhere for any tournament in Belgium for any player, can you find any info on this?
