  • Just a small point...

At the top left it says:

    The Snooker Forum
    Where snooker people meet

I was just thinking about 'snooker people'.

How much sense does it make?

Does it not sound slightly juvenile?

Or am I just being crazy

I could replace people with "enthusiasts", but that won't fit

        Would 'fans' fit?

            fans sounds good.
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

I never really noticed or thought about this before, but now you mention it........

"People" covers everything. Whereas 'fans' and 'enthusiasts' doesnt necessarily include players (of any level), competitors, employees or people involved in snooker in any other capacity.

I think the current 'people' works quite well, I don't think it's juvenile, just kind of quaint .
