members being marked as guests

looking through some old threads, i see that some old members, for example Nina and Sam147 are now marked as guests and their profiles have gone and they have dispapeared off the member list.

Can i ask if this is because they de-activated their own accounts somehow, or if any members dont visit or post for a ceratin time if their accounts get de-activated by the admins ?

If an old account shows like this then yes it has been deleted but I can not say if it has been deleted by us or it has been requested that it be deleted.
