                    For hosting one, A) why don't you have a website, my good man?

                    B) try Google Writely - it's an online word processor that will let you uplkoad existing documents, write new ones an publish the results as a webpage.

                        Get Kev to change your upload restriction for pdf file size from 19.5k ( seriously HAHAHAH! )
                        to 2M and you're in business!
                        Deserves the attention they would get.
