aluminium 1 piece. Leather cases just don't offer enough protection and tend to fall apart after a few years, nice though but more for the posers amongst us.

I think I tend to agree with that Cueman! They do look nice but in comparison a decent aluminium case does a better job for half the price.

PaulTheSoave - pm me if you want the 10% forum discount code so that you can get your new case. We do attache cases from £9.49

I have a tacky box case.

I need a new one, which one would people advise?

                  Lol.
About £30? Could I get a nice one for £30?

And if so, which type from the survey would you advise?

I'd advise an aluminium case Obli.

For £30, you may be struggling though. Depends what size you're looking for. Two peice cases bit cheaper.

surely it depends on how good the cue is?

                      i wouldnt buy a £200 case for a £10 cue, and i wouldnt buy a £10 case for a £200 cue.

just the same as i wouldnt buy the guardian if i wanted playboy pictures.

                      only a thought....

                          never, i dont think.

then again, you buy the whole of scotlands quota for playboy editions, so its difficult to ahem come by.
