Phoenix/Master Cue extensions same thread?

Do Phoenix cue butt extensions fit on a master cue and vice versa? or are you best sticking to the cue brand...

I believe they are totally different ? Phoenix are a small spirolok fitting, and Master Cue are not

Thanks jrc appreciate it, don't know why I had in my head that they were similiar, It's a pity cue makers are not forced to use the same butt joints, would save a lot of hassle and money =p
