I've had my Talisman pro soft on for a year now, it'll be coming off shortly but it's held it's shaped incredibly well. i've just started to lose that bit of bite but it's still performing very well.
As ADR says they do go a bit hard but I carefully brought the fibres out of the tip a few weeks back and it played like new, very impressed.

Felt the same after playing for a couple of weeks. They do not grip the cue ball as well. Need a tip ***** every few hours to increase the grip again. Also, the tip de-laminated after I burnished the sides. Thinking of going for another brand now.
