I tried this originally with the old moori tips but somehow when you split them in half they did not play the same.

        • I always cut tips in half for my pool cue, it's 7.7mm tip amd I like my tips quite thin, most of a tip goes in the bin so it makes sense to slice them in half, especially using a laminated tip

          • I'd just like to add that I have been using Black Heart Tips for the past 3 years. I use to play America Pool which BH specialise in (similar to Kamui). Now they have introduced Snooker tips and I have been doing some testing for them.
The models I have used have a great and feel and do not require time to bed them in.
Many pro's use their pool tips and it wouldn't surprise me to see a few Snooker pro's use their tips too...

            • The new Pro Elks also seem a bit tall. You have to remove a lot of material to get them playing right.

              • I tthink if we started this poll again the results would be very different.

You could do a new tip guide to cover all the changes 🤔😋

                  • I'm still using my Monstar tip from 6 years ago. No comparison. I resorted to glueing a doner tip to the underside to restore the height.
                    Cheap and Cheerful! 😄

Both cues have a Century TiFi titanium ferrule fitted

                      • Looking at those two cues, that's one expensive badge on that Parris.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

                        • My favourite tip is a Grand hard. It's what suits me ATM.
