Hi all, i just fitted a Grand cue tip (soft) to my cue, i left the cue overnight to set (used Locktite super glue gel), today i went to shave and shape the tip but when i cut it down to size (used the pencil sharpener thing) the tip had so much side to side movement it was really springy, is this normal or should i take it off and try another one???
Sounds like a bad tip but use a Stanley knife to take most of it off and use the pencil sharpener to finish it.
Should find it easier this way.
