    Trevor White... no question. *

I already have a fantastic Mike Wooldridge maple 3/4.
For a TW cue I might even be willing to shave off my whiskers and go with ash!

JP... there are so many plus they're a 12,000 quid a dozen.

If the money guaranteed you a good cue then it wouldn't bother me who made it. Fact is they are all good, you just have to take your pick and hope they produce exactly what you ask for.

Does anyone have a rough idea of how many cue makers are there in the UK ?

Counting firms like peradon etc as one.

If you include hobbyist cue makers too what would the number be ?

            Any thoughts ADR?

that is entirely up to you, but i would have a nice thick maple veneer to show off that snakewood

A thin red veneer'd be nice, yellow with snakewood is nice too and a nice sobre green sets anything dark off well, IMO, singapore.
